appointment policies

We strive to provide same day sick appointments to all our patients. To keep as many appointments times available as possible, please cancel or change any appointments 48 hours ahead of time. No show and last minute cancelations will be subject to a “no show” fee.

Parking

The parking garage for our building is located on the southeast side of the intersection of Ralston and Elm Streets.

After Hours Care

Please call our office as soon as possible if you feel your child may need to be seen so we can schedule an appointment or discuss the situation on the phone. On weekends and holidays when our office is closed, you may obtain medical advice through your insurance carrier’s nurse triage service, or be seen in a local urgent care contracted with your insurance. A pediatrician is on call after hours as well. You you may contact the on-call physician by calling our office telephone number. You may also request an appointment after hours via email using the button above. Our staff will contact you the next business day and schedule your appointment.

In an emergency

In an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.

Paying Your Bill

You can now pay your bill online for you convenience. Please click the “pay bill” link at the top of the page to be taken to the secure portal to pay your bill. You can still call the office and pay over the phone with a credit card if you prefer. Thank you for taking care of your bills promptly. Please remember to bring your insurance card with you to every appointment to facilitate check in and billing.
