Tongue Tie

Dr Wallace is trained to perform an incisional frenotomy which is a procedure to correct tongue ties in infants 0-6 weeks. This procedure can be done in babies who have significant tongue ties affecting their feeding and whom have not improved with lactation consultant support. The procedure is a quick in office procedure with minimal risk of bleeding and pain. There is no significant post procedure care following the fremotomy.
