Influenza Vaccine Update-Vaccine for Children Program (VFC)

We presently have all types of Influenza Vaccines for the VFC program including
flu shot for children 6 to 36 months
flu shot for children 2 to 18 years
flu mist for children 2 to 18 years who do not have a contraindication to live viral vaccine
To be eligible for the VFC Program, your child must be on Medicaid or be uninsured.
Please call the office to schedule an appointment or speak with one of our staff to see if your child is eligible for the VFC Program.

Influenza Vaccine-Flu Mist is Available

Our office has Flu Mist available. This is the live viral influenza vaccine that is administered by the nasal route. Your child must be at least two years old in order to receive this vaccine. Please call for an appointment for your child to receive the Flu Mist. All vaccinations are given by appointment only.

Our office has not yet received the inactivated influenza vaccine (commonly referred to as the flu shot) at this time. We anticipate receiving this vaccine shortly. We will keep you posted.

We do not have influenza vaccine for the Vaccine for Children (VFC) program at this time. We do not know when VFC influenza vaccine will be available.
